Throughout my career, I have worked for a variety of high street and volume conveyancing companies in the North East, Leeds, and Somerset where I gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in the conveyancing industry. Over the years I have seen a lot of changes in the industry and fully understand the pressures placed on conveyancers as they seek to meet the demands of their clients. I established one of the first outsourcing companies in the UK in 2014 with a former colleague, providing a remote title checking service to solicitors and conveyancers in England and Wales. I resigned as director of my former company in November 2022 to set up on my own. I am an ACILEX member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

I recently set up my property viewing service which is ideal for landlords, investors and clients who cannot attend viewings themselves. I also introduced a property reporting service to give first‑time buyers and others a clear insight into a property before making an offer. In addition to supporting the public I provide freelance support for local estate agents on a long‑term or ad hoc basis.

I am based in the UK and follow the standard conveyancing process. My services can be used on an ad‑hoc or full‑time basis with no minimum or maximum file requirements and without the additional costs associated with employing staff. Being a small company means that you will not be passed around different team members and you will have direct contact with me throughout which allows me to provide a personal team‑focused service with consistency on every file.
